Here at Carpet-Tech, we offer a unique difference in carpet cleaning. Our system removes soil, grease, dirt, and stains without soaking the carpet with shampoo or steam. No shampoo means no sticky residue that can cause rapid resoiling. Our superior method uses environmentally safe solutions with the oscillating pad to extract the soil as it scrubs the carpet fiber down to the nap. The oscillating action of the pads on the carpet enable us to make once flat carpets stand up, and leaves the carpet soft and clean. With the minimal use of water there is no musty smell or long drying time. Yet, we DO get the carpets cleaner than most of our competitors.
Our 5-step Process
Carpet-Tech uses a 5 step process to clean your residential or commercial carpet. First, the carpet is vacuumed to remove loose particles. Second, the area is inspected and spot treated as needed using proven, carpet safe spot treatments. Next, we treat the entire area with our cleaning solution. Then we clean the carpet with our oscillating pad machine. The final step is to post-vacuum to groom the carpet.
The low moisture method has many advantages over other carpet cleaning methods: It uses very little moisture, cleans all the fibers down to the nap, and removes the dirt. It is quiet, has no hoses for guests or employees to trip over, and leaves the carpet dry and ready for traffic in about an hour.
